Support the Development of program annual operating plans (AOP) and Monthly/Quarterly Forecasts.
Project life-cycle activities such as project setup/ maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial projections, cash flow management and month end close.
Support Accounts Receivable collections.
Support with preparing variance analysis and reconciliations.
Review and monitor project funding and expenditures.
Travel to sites to understand the work being done as needed.
Prepare project close entries and make necessary adjustments to data entry errors.
Maintain open communication with direct manager and project staff regarding financial data and ensure project staff are aware of risks and opportunities.
Assisting in preparing monthly internal and external reporting.
Support Project Managers and project teams when looking at project profitability.
Prepare required customer reports for assigned projects.
Development and maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EAC)s on assigned projects.
Support proposal development.
Support financial leads with respect to compliance, and implementation of and upholding organizational financial standards.
Support variance analysis and reconciliations.
Develop working knowledge of various government financial terminology, regulations, and clauses related to work assigned.

Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent relevant experience or 0-3 years equivalent relevant experience.

A collaborative working style and ability to work across multiple geographies and with a distributed workforce.
Systematic, solution-oriented and flexible.
