Manage BOQ's and quotes to match supplier agreements
Produce highly accurate and detailed BOQ's for Class 1 Residential Homes
Review plans and specifications to eliminate errors or conflicting information
Take ownership and accountability of tasks
Liaise with Suppliers and contractors to secure pricing for projects
Prepare P.O's and ensure project estimates are budgeted to minimize ETS'
Report and provide feedback for all ETS' to improve processes

Ability to analyse and resolve complex problems which may require the involvement of multiple parties.
Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Exposure to the Class 1 residential Construction sector (Highly desirable)
Practical mindset with a high level of personal resourcefulness
Experience with SAP, ACC, DataBuild & relevant Estimating software
High level communication, influencing and negotiation skills in stakeholder management.
Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
Working knowledge of the Building Code and regulations
Understanding of the construction process and terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Degree or Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management
2 years experience in a similar role
Ability to make sound evidence-based decisions under pressure.
