Help design the infrastructure that shapes everyday life. We create the systems that connect people, places, and opportunity - from complete streets and parks to utilities and civic spaces. As a Civil Designer, you'll support a variety of public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities.

Collaborate with teams across planning, environmental, surveying, and other disciplines.
Engage in design training and mentoring activities that build technical foundation.
Assist in preparing site, roadway, stormwater, and utility designs.
Produce drawings, plans, cost estimates, and technical documents.
Conduct site visits and assist with construction observation and data collection.
Support senior engineers in evaluating design alternatives and solving technical challenges.

Strong communication, teamwork, and curiosity about public infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
0-3 years of experience (internships or co-ops encouraged).
