Project Coordinator II

Description

• Facilitate stakeholder communication , acting as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Submit and retrieve documents from clients and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround, keep and store documentation effectively.
• Support resource allocation and procurement processes as needed.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues to project leadership for resolution.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects according to defined timelines and objectives.
• Monitor project progress , update schedules, and track deliverables to maintain project momentum.
• Assist in quality control by ensuring compliance with project standards and procedures.
• Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation , including meeting minutes, status reports, and action logs.
• In order to perform the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and efficiency measures.

Requirements

• All safety related training is provided and tracked by the EHS Director
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A valid driver’s license for any business travel, including that done between the NCI facilities, is required
• Lifting up to 30 lbs. may be required
• Job specific training modules deemed necessary by employee’s Manager or Director will be required of all employees on an ongoing basis
• Exceptional attention to detail, s trategic thinking, and problem-solving
• Competence in general computer skills and the use of common business software, to include: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
• Job will generally be performed in an office environment, but may require travel to a Client's office, production facility or industrial/construction job site. Conditions will vary at each location, but the conditions listed above will generally apply

• New Employee Safety Training is required by all newly hired employees, including Safety Awareness
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required
• Data management skills
• Experience with MS Project preferable
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills
