This position serves as the technical source of modeling information for various projects. The incumbent must possess thorough knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings, and will create 3D/4D/5D models for any given project.
Candidates need 3‑4 years of experience reading blueprints and specifications, 3‑4 years of proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and CPM scheduling software, and a four‑year degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture. They must also have 3‑4 years of construction experience and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
The salary range is $85,000‑$120,000, commensurate with knowledge, skills, education, and experience, and complies with California equal‑pay transparency rules. This position is classified as non‑safety‑sensitive.
