Develop and manage a comprehensive commissioning schedule from the base line CPM for all I&C systems and Low Voltage start-ups and commissioning activities.
Represent McCarthy in regards to the I &C and Low Voltage process at meetings as necessary.
Act as McCarthy liaison with Commissioning Agent, owner, and I&C/Low Voltage subcontractors throughout duration of the project to ensure I&C systems are commissioned correctly and on schedule.
Monitor the installation and start-up of I&C and Low Voltage systems and commissioning with Engineer, Commissioning Agent, Inspectors, & Owner ' s representatives.
Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed by Project Managers, Superintendents , Project Director, Owner's Rep, Architect, etc.
Supervise, develop and mentor I&C and Low Voltage staff , as necessary, if applicable.
Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all I&C and Low Voltage start-up, BMS controls, commissioning and related activities, including cost and resource loading.
Review Contract Documents, as necessary, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the I&C and low voltage commissioning.
Determination to take control and achieve results in identifying issues, reaching resolution and communicating with all team members to ensure work is installed properly the first time
Review submittals and approve material and equipment for I&C and Low Voltage systems prior to installation.
Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Managers, Superintendents and Field Staff.
Work with other Project Superintendents on Project Logistics and temporary facility requirements for your assigned subcontractors.
