Advise the Company concerning claims and disputes with subcontractors, suppliers, and other business partners.
Advise management concerning business transactions involving clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Draft and/or oversee the development and implementation of complex construction contracts and assist in contract negotiations with all Company business partners.
Manage and control outside legal counsel and consultants.
Represent the Company in meetings, calls and transactions with outside and opposing counsel.
Participate in the resolution of highly complex or sensitive legal issues.
Conduct research and interpret laws, rulings and regulations for implications and applicability to Company matters, focused on renewable energy and construction-related items.
Conduct training classes for Company personnel, as needed.
