- Posséder de l'expérience dans le milieu de la construction ou avoir des connaissances des pratiques courantes du milieu de la construction;
- Détenir sa carte ASP Construction et ses bottes de construction;
- Doit posséder un véhicule pour effectuer des déplacements sur divers chantiers;
- Capacité de planification et sens de l’organisation;
- Maîtrise des logiciels en gestion de projets ainsi que la suite Office;
- Avoir la capacité à interpréter des plans et devis;
- Appuyer la vérification de la conformité des travaux aux plans, devis et normes en vigueur.
