Role
Description

Communicate priorities with warehouse picking team
Placing orders for Traffic Controllers on the Yunex SAP system
Book transport requirements and liaise with Couriers and Transport Companies when needed
Place orders for all Logistics team requirements (PPE, Stationary, Office Supplies)
Run regular stock replenishment routine
Keeping wider field teams updated with order progress
Logging and processing new orders
Processing Delivery notes and receipting stock on the system
Completing stock transfers and adjustments in a timely fashion
Create delivery notes for shipments and e-mailing to recipients
Raising Purchase Order Requests on the Yunex SAP System
Raising Stock Demands against the factory on the Yunex SAP System
Help administer the Field Service Stock Audit process prior to year end
Align with our Yunex Traffic values, including Zero Harm, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Ownership.
Booking stock to Field Jobs as required
Update the order status sheet when jobs are picked and shipped
Printing urgent Road Traffic Collision orders for picking

Possess good organisational and time management skills to assist in completing the academic qualifications and occupational skills developments within this apprenticeship.
Desirable; good organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing. Should be comfortable using a computer (especially Microsoft Excel) and a strong analytical ability would be preferred.
4 GCSEs at 4 or above, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills/ Apprenticeship equivalent)
Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be IT literate; able to use Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Be forward thinking and inquisitive.
Demonstrate effective listening and teamwork skills, to create a collaborative work environment and strengthen relationships.
Be willing to travel to multiple of our Yunex Traffic sites across the UK for training.
Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
Have a willingness to self-learn, research and take a creative approach to problem solving.
