Intern, Organisation Development (Employer Branding & Outreach)

Description

You will help bring our employer brand to life by collaborating with the team on storyboards, interviewing employees, and transforming everyday information into visually compelling content across multiple platforms—including our career website, social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn), and various HR touchpoints.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your creativity while gaining practical experience across the employee lifecycle, from supporting early talent onboarding programmes to driving employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of SDC’s CSR and inclusivity initiatives that make a genuine difference to our society and workplace
• Deliver audience-focused communications across internal and external channels, through engaging social content and video reels
• Participate in campus outreach activities to connect with students
• Drive the implementation of SDC's Internship Programme
• Contribute to your visual portfolio with the content and projects you work on

Requirements

Please include a portfolio or work samples that showcase your storytelling abilities in writing, graphic design, and/or short-form content.

• Are willing to occasionally step in as on-camera talent, including some experience with voiceover work, narration, and hosting
• Are an undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for good design
• Are proficient in multimedia content creation tools (you'll be working with Canva and CapCut), along with a creative mindset and passion for storytelling
• Appreciate using data to tell stories, utilising metrics for data analysis and reporting
• Hands-on experience in the emerging field of employer branding, which bridges visual communication and marketing with talent acquisition and employee engagement
