Development and execution ownership of engineering technical roadmaps. Utilizes domain expertise to drive innovation and technology roadmap activities aligned to customer needs

Ability to teach and employ DFSS tools and processes
Technical authority experience in approving designs
Ability to influence the organization without direct reporting relationship
High level of creativity and strategic thinking
Strong analytical skills covering multiple areas of engineering (mechanical design, test, project management, structural analysis, fluid analysis, electrical design).
Minimum of 10 years of experience with new product development and sustaining support.
