Project Coordinator

Description

• Track progress across all active and upcoming projects.
• Support RFQ/RFT and contract preparation.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings and documentation.
• Maintain building permits and close-out documentation.
• Manage SharePoint, project files, templates and monthly reporting data.
• Assist with WHS, environmental, quality and traffic management planning.
• Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders; ensure inductions and clearances.

Requirements

• Trade/site management experience or similar background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools.
• Ability to obtain an ASIC and pass AFP checks.
• Strong communication and excellent organisation skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and consultants.
• (Desirable) Project management qualifications, airport experience, MS Project skills.
• NT driver’s licence (or ability to obtain).
