Create detailed design briefs and construction assumptions to inform detailed designs by lead design consultants.
Lead a team of engineers and CAD technicians, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with project specifications.

Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) certification with temporary works design experience, particularly in offshore applications.
Relevant experience in planning, designing, or executing offshore construction and operations.
Degree and professional qualification in engineering, or working towards one.
Experience in the design and construction of secant piles and offshore grouting operations.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Proficiency in CAD software (2D/3D) such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to form effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
Firsthand experience of working offshore with elements such as drilling, dredging, pile/casing driving, heavy lift and transportation, and mooring.
Experience in 3D and 4D modelling software, design review processes, and BIM clash detection.
