- Coordinate and manage project design and procurement, including taking meeting minutes and tracking follow‑ups.
- Review RFP documents, drawings, commissioning plans and electrical studies for design requirements.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders using PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals.
- Ensure project compliance and quality via site O&Ms and warranty item tracking.
- Convert Excel inspection test plans into PM4+ ITP templates to streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain Power BI Synoptics design dashboards for projects.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Build and sustain strong, customer‑focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
