  • Define and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals and transformation initiatives.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead strategic digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
  • Lead and manage IT operations across service delivery, cloud infrastructure, and the IT Service Desk.
  • Support IT governance through change management, risk assessments, documentation, and performance reporting.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance and service delivery effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage the IT operating budget, including vendor negotiations, expense tracking, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee enterprise infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • ITIL certification required.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, project management systems, and automation platforms.
  • Additional certifications such as ITSM, COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma are a strong plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and operational improvement.
  • Experience with SaaS and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proven track record in managing IT systems across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications, system integration, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or people management role overseeing technical teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise products.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
