The Property Operations Associate (Hospitality) for the City Center Long Beach location serves as the on-site facilitator of every guest experience. Acting as the face of Kasa, the associate interacts directly with guests, provides assistance, recommendations, and resolves concerns. Through regular in-person unit inspections, they ensure all public spaces and individual units meet Kasa brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
The role aims to drive quality outcomes by increasing guest satisfaction and meeting company metrics, while also improving operational productivity. Key initiatives include identifying on-site issues, maintaining appropriate supply inventories, participating in preventative maintenance, conducting brand-standard inspections, and reducing after-hours calls.

Benefits
