Site Engineer

• Resolving site issues in a timely manner.
• Planning and scheduling of site construction activities.
• Liaising with key clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinating internal and external resources.
• Working with the site project teams including supervisors.

This position supports our Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP) Project, located in Ormeau, Queensland, and applicants must reside in close proximity to the project location.

Applicants must hold the relevant Right to Work & Live in Australia. Agency submissions will not be considered for this position.

• High level of organisation and time management skills
• Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
• Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
• Project management qualifications will be advantageous
• Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
• Access to NAWIC membership and events.
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Safety compliance, inspections and SWMS.
• Preferably exposure to TMR or similar Specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years’ experience on civil projects, preferable Tier 1
