Our ideal candidate will specialize in topographic surveys, construction layout, boundaries, legal descriptions and deed plotting, tree locations, utility locations, site development, wetland delineation, and ALTA/ACSM surveys.

We are seeking a Surveyor with at least five years of heavy‑civil construction surveying experience for our Atlanta office. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, pass drug and background screenings, and complete the Culture Index personality survey before being considered.

The role requires the ability to work independently on varied terrain for up to eight hours a day, carrying equipment, and to communicate survey information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
