Be responsible for regular, dashboard-based design status reporting and escalation.
Support the Lead Design Manager is leading a multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety and a collaborative approach to meet the design and construction programme; the incentive target; achieve exemplary quality and sustainability standards; ensuring the correct resourcing and incentivisation.

Ability to manage teams of people in a multi-disciplinary environment. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and manage own time.
Have excellent communication skills (including presentation skills) in English, both written and verbal and the ability to report at both Project and Board level.
Educated to degree or higher level or equivalent in a numerate discipline, typically Engineering discipline (or related).
A good working knowledge of the:
Experience within a similar role within an appropriately sized engineering organisation.
Demonstrates sound analytical ability, appreciating complex issues and situations
Communicates confidently with a range of people, adapting communication style to have a positive impact
Membership of an appropriate Professional body, typically Chartered member of Institute of Civil Engineering or an international equivalent professional status.
Demonstrates flexibility in thought and approach, managing multiple competing demands within the wider strategic context
