Monitor key indicators for sustainability performance for project sites and initiate improvement where needed.
Drive, promote and coordinate FM sustainability initiatives impacting ESG in facility management practices.
Manage utilities (energy, electricity, water, waste, etc) benchmarking, analyze, identify opportunity and propose improvement for project sites.
Review common sustainability processes across project sites to unify the quality standard.
Develop and lead sustainability strategy including Green Mark certification/ recertification for organization and clients.
Co-lead company sustainability drive including as a member of sustainability task force.
Promote digitization and technology adoption in sustainability practices.
