- Champion Key Initiatives: Play a vital role in driving Sevan-wide initiatives like Safety and Sustainability, ensuring positive impacts for our people and the planet.
- Supporting other production-related tasks as assigned.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure consistent application of BIM standards and workflows.

- Strong knowledge of commercial building design standards, methods, and materials.
- Highly proficient with computers, cloud storage systems, Microsoft Office applications, and video conferencing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality production work without direct oversight.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Knowledge of point cloud data workflows (Recap, Cyclone, or similar software).
- Knowledge of ADA standards is preferred.
- 4-year degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Requires reliability and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines independently in a remote environment.
- 2+ years of experience creating building drawings and construction layouts using Revit (AutoCAD experience a plus).
- Ability to commute and work 3x per week in our Downers Grove, IL office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
