Work on the preparation of detailed design drawings, working drawings and schedules and specifications

Competent in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
Be innovative in developing design solutions
Proficient in Revit (essential)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong design and presentation skills
RIBA recognised Part II architectural qualification (achieved or pending)
Be a strong communicator who can work collaboratively and effectively within a team
Experience preparing detailed and working drawings
Have experience in the use of 2D, 3D Autodesk and 3D rendering packages along with MS Office
Understanding of UK planning processes and commercial project delivery
UK-based experience (essential)
Ability to manage time and work independently
Have knowledge of the factors involved in developing an architectural project in a commercial environment
