Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Leasing Agent will generate quality leads to fill vacancies, perform related administrative tasks, and support other duties as assigned.

Handle leasing inquiries and provide property information to prospective customers
Assess prospect needs, living standards and economic viability
Schedule and conduct apartment showings in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
Represent the company professionally
Negotiate leasing terms and gather required information to close deals
Submit applications and required paperwork to head office for approval
Ensure all paperwork and move‑ins are completed properly
Inspect properties regularly to monitor branding, cleanliness and maintenance, and report vacant suite conditions
Prepare vacancy reports and track suites shown
Work 40 hours weekly, including the first and last day of each month
Balance field showing duties with office administrative tasks

Sales or customer service experience (asset)
