Hadco Construction provides development support to home and commercial builders, as well as road construction services to regional, state and local transportation systems.
The employee reports to the Chief Estimator and is responsible for soliciting work, preparing accurate proposals, coordinating subcontractors and project schedules, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely project closeout. Experience with proposal/estimating databases (e.g., B2W, HCSS) and 2D/3D quantity take‑off programs is advantageous.

The position is full‑time, based at the Hadco Corporate office, with a negotiable, competitive wage commensurate with experience. Benefits become available after 60 days of employment.
