Cleaner, Part Time- 2nd Shift

Description

The Cleaner works part‑time on the 2nd shift (5 pm‑9 pm, Monday‑Friday) under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, performing a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services in accordance with company standards and procedures.

• Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using manual methods and commercial floor buffers/shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, trim, light fixtures and perform periodic high‑dusting.
• Clean interior glass surfaces, windowsills, doors, partitions, and spot‑clean walls daily.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, service dispensers, wipe glass, empty waste, and monitor fixtures for defects.
• Collect building trash, replace liners, and place waste in approved containers for removal.
• Sweep or shovel snow from entrances and walkways as required.
• Perform periodic tasks such as wall washing, leather and wood polishing, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• No prior cleaning experience required; must follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment including portable backpack vacuums and floor machines.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, high energy and endurance.
