Support growth strategies, market insights, and business planning to expand Intrax’s national presence.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with developers, builders, architects, asset owners, facility managers, councils, government agencies, insurers, strata managers, civil contractors and infrastructure stakeholders (including industrial asset owners, utilities and energy providers) across Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Bid Team and Operations, to ensure opportunities are won and projects delivered successfully.
Lead high-level business development activities including proposals, RFPs, EOIs, and tenders, positioning Intrax competitively.
Travel nationally to engage clients and attend meetings, approximately monthly across QLD, VIC, SA, WA, and NSW.
Build and maintain long-term executive relationships with clients and stakeholders, keeping our brand and service front of mind.

Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with experience building long-term client relationships.
Proven ability to operate at a senior/executive level with commercial acumen and strategic selling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a holistic, business-level perspective.
You have 8–10 years of business development experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or professional services.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and revenue targets while maintaining excellent organisation and time management.
