Reporting to the Food Service Manager, the Dietary Aide enriches residents' lives by providing nutritious and delicious meals. This part‑time role includes day and evening shifts on weekdays, a rotating weekend schedule, and occasional extended hours. The fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment requires strong attention to detail, time‑management skills, regular computer use, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Complete or enroll in a College‑level Food Service Worker Program meeting Ontario LTC Homes Act requirements.
Hold a current Safe Food Handling Certificate.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work effectively as a team player.
Pass a vulnerable sector check within six months of hire.
