Knowledge of modular construction and blueprint reading (preferred).
Travels extensively across the U.S. and works overtime, including weekends and holidays – embraces the dynamic travel demands of the role.
US Drivers License strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs., work at heights, and stand for long periods.
Carpentry skills and familiarity with hand and power tools.
Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, and safety glasses.
Hands-on experience in a construction setting.
