Provide oversight of the training plans for their project.
Communicates and reinforces the Company vision, values and goals.
Responsible for calling a stop work on the project if life threatening conditions or hazards exist.
Develop and implement Contractor Orientation procedures for a multi-lingual work

Instill safety in employees through example and personal contact.
Partner with Brasfield & Gorrie employees and subcontractors to reduce injuries and foster a Zero Injury culture.
Monitor the safety process for their project and offer ongoing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partipates in owner safety programs, including leading meetings and interacting with Client HSE management

Safety Management experience on large complex projects (Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, BioManufacturing, etc. $150m or higher) strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a Safety Related discipline or a minimum 12+ years of construction safety management experience
CHST, ASP, or CSP
Experience as Lead Safety Manager on a large complex project
Display strong leadership, teamwork and ability to work with and through others at all levels of project leadership.
