  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research and customer visits to gather insights on current and future product needs and opportunities.

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop core positioning and messaging for the product, ensuring you are the expert with respect to the product lines.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product line lifecycle from strategic planning, through tactical activities, to execution, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan, collaborating with all departments to ensure successful execution.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Define product requirements and work closely with engineering and development teams to guide the solution set from concept through the New Product Development (NPD) process.
  • Competitive Analysis Support: Provide guidance and support for competitive analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Pricing Strategy: Set and monitor pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, and recommend adjustments as needed to maintain margin targets.
  • Demand Planning and Inventory Management: Support demand planning and inventory management to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability aligns with market demand and operational capabilities.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Prepare and present accurate monthly revenue forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends, and gathering cross-functional insights.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools and collateral, deliver comprehensive sales training, and perform tailored product demos to enhance product knowledge and support the sales force.
