We are seeking a dynamic, driven and customer‑focused Sales Adviser to join our high‑performing team in Colchester. The role is centred on canvassing and prospecting for new business, generating leads and increasing market share for our estate‑agency brand.

The package includes a £25,000 basic salary with total on‑target earnings of £42,000, an additional commission scheme and access to company‑wide incentive programmes. Working hours are 8:30 am–6 pm Monday‑Thursday and 9 am–5 pm Saturdays, with 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), pension, employee assistance, eye‑care, referral bonus and other perks such as personal talk time with CEOs and eligibility for the Elevate Awards.
New advisers begin with a fully paid week of training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, featuring one‑to‑one and group sessions led by industry experts and a hotel stay for the duration. A second training week follows within the first six weeks of employment to reinforce learning.
