We are seeking Mandarin‑speaking Property Consultants. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing or investing, networking, conducting viewings, preparing market analyses, negotiating terms, and advising on market trends, legal requirements and financing options.
- At least 1 year experience in real‑estate investment or finance with sales background
- Exceptional consulting, communication and negotiation skills with proven sales achievements
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market and industry practices
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools and social media platforms
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Arabic or other languages a plus
- Real‑Estate or Property Management certification preferred
- Valid UAE driver’s license preferred
- State‑of‑the‑art offices in key Dubai communities
