Senior Architect (12-16 years)

Description

• Perform site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and uphold design integrity.
• Conduct regular client meetings and ensure effective communication for approvals and expectations.
• Lead and manage the design development of architectural projects from concept through execution.
• Prepare, review, and oversee the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to align all project components.

Requirements

An architect with substantial experience in mid-scale architectural projects, especially commercial base-build developments, ideally from a reputed design firm. Hands-on project exposure and proficiency in the latest architectural technologies are a must.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• 12-16 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Ability to prepare and coordinate drawings across all project stages with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Solid understanding of building codes and byelaws.
• Bachelors in Architecture from a recognized and reputed institution.
