This is a frontline hire desk role in a fast-moving, well-established rental business supplying the construction and industrial sectors. You’ll be at the centre of operations—driving utilisation, controlling the flow of equipment, and delivering the service customers come back for.

Coordinating deliveries and collections with transport and ops
Producing fast, accurate quotes and hire agreements
Resolving issues quickly and professionally
Keeping the system clean, compliant, and up to date
Managing off-hires, extensions, and contract changes without delays
Driving utilisation and spotting every commercial opportunity
Working closely with the workshop to ensure fleet readiness and compliance
Building long-term customer relationships, not just taking orders
