Previous experience with Quantity Surveying, preferably gained within Utilities and Civil Engineering Contracting
BSc in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying or other related subject is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate relevant experience within our sector
Sound understanding and previous experience of NEC contracts
Capability and desire to identify opportunities for improvement
Full driving license as there will be an element of site-based travel involved within the role
To be an effective negotiator at both internal and client levels
