Serve as the primary point of contact for municipalities, regulatory bodies, subcontractors and internal stakeholders regarding permitting matters.
Provide regular updates and reports on permitting status to internal teams and leadership.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Environmental Studies, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Familiarity with zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
