Assist in the preparation of training schedules, lesson plans, and evaluation tools.
Document student progress and maintain accurate training records in compliance with military and organizational requirements.
Follow established training curricula to ensure alignment with DoD training objectives.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, supporting their professional growth.
Recommend updates to training materials based on emerging technologies, field requirements, and best practices.
Collaborate with other instructors, training coordinators, and military personnel to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Assess student performance through written tests, practical evaluations, and oral reviews.

Previous teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
Shall have a broad knowledge and experience in construction planning and estimating, project execution, and project management. In addition, instructor shall have a working knowledge of tool repair and maintenance of hand and power tools including carpentry shop equipment.
Familiarity with Navy construction protocols and Seabee operations (preferred).
