Support the running of our Youth Ambassador programme
Work on own initiative to deliver high-quality school provision in a wide range of areas.: This includes Supporting Teachers in P.E., extra-curricular girls football sessions, programmes for positive change, targeted interventions and education activations that meet the needs of partner schools. Subjects will include English, Maths, PSHE and PE.
Collect, store & processes data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Support the Schools Coordinator to ensure all KPIs are met to a high standard, while fostering positive relationships with schools and other external stakeholders.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with participants, parents, community partners and other coaching staff.
Working with socially excluded young people and vulnerable adults
Support with the planning and delivery of local tournaments, as well as attending regional and national events as required.
Mentoring other staff through coaching/teaching
Lead coaching at Soccer Camps – you will be responsible for up to 20 young people: providing fun, inclusive, engaging, age-appropriate sessions throughout the day.

Level 3/4 TA/HLTA qualification or willingness to work towards
Teaching qualifications or Qualified Teacher Status
Computer Literate
Level 3 in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education, School Sport and Physical Activity AfPE qualification
FA Safeguarding & Emergency aid/ BFAS Qualifications
Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team effectively & efficiently and buy-in to the environmental ethos
Experience of working in a charity or community organisation
Knowledge of the FA Coaching Pathway and a minimum of UEFA C Licence/Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football (or equivalent NGB qualification in another sport)
Knowledge and experience of the school curriculum
