The Community Leasing Coordinator is responsible for aligning marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets. This role oversees all leasing activities, ensures resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and drives timely lease renewals while adhering to Greystar’s policies and standards.
Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 hourly, with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance. Part‑time team members receive benefits such as a 401(k) with company match, an Employee Assistance Program, and paid sick time; onsite property positions may qualify for additional weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonuses.
