Develop the Design report/ specifications for variety of projects.
Controls technical quality of the team's output.
Should be able to present design solutions in meeting with clients/LPOs as required.
Performs pump system engineering calculations.
Apply AtkinsRéalis Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE) standards and Business Management System (BMS).

Contributes to technical report writing and data/analysis summary tables and exhibits.
To performs quality control checks of design calculations or drawings.
Continuously seeks new and efficient ways to perform tasks and deliver higher quality work.
Take initiative to pull the team together and accomplish team goals.

To work in various CDE- ProjectWise, BIM 360, MS teams, SharePoint sites etc.
Ability to plan and priorities tasks of self and team members to deadlines.
Willing to participate and contribute to company social activities.
Experience of leading and delivering major Infrastructure projects at Master plan, Concept and Detailed Design stages.
Remains accessible for communication with others.
Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in civil/environmental engineering from a reputed institute.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
Willingness to share information and knowledge with team members.
Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
Experience in International Standards and Middle East Standards.
Being able to understand the implication of adjusting priorities of team members.
Should be able to use various software’s like Microdrainage, CivilStorm, Sewergems/Watergems etc.
To perform work with minimum supervision.
Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
To perform Utility Clash analysis and Clash resolution exercise.
Engineering consultancy experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of BIM platforms like Civil3D, Microstation and/or Open Roads/ Inroads/ MX Road, Revit.
A Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the Water & Wastewater Industry.
Proven experience of involvements in Wet utilities design- Storm water , Wastewater, Potable water and TSE for UK, Middle East and other regions.
