Candidates must have at least 15 years of construction experience in large industrial or renewable‑energy firms and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Required skills include strategic planning, organizational development, operational excellence, financial management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal leader demonstrates the ability to build high‑performing, inclusive teams, mentor emerging talent, and translate vision into measurable results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Viewpoint, and construction software is expected.
Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 annually, complemented by an Annual Incentive Program, 401(k) match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and flexible spending accounts.
