What you would be doing

Get support from the Technical Excellence team on design standards and guidelines.

Support on Project Bidding and resources development
Review of developed design reports, specs, drawings, and final documents for clients
Manage design resources and assets.
Develop and implement design strategies.
Collaborate and communication with the project teams and stakeholders throughout the design process.
Exercise internal design coordination and secure quality management and control
Ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and evaluate design trends and technologies
Lead the design team in the development of in all aspects of infrastructure design services.
Create and manage design briefs and timelines
Manage the design process from concept to completion up to Tender stage.

BSC (Civil engineering) from an accredited University, along with professional certifications
Knowledge in Esri GIS
Prior experience in leading multi discipline teams and facing clients.
Knowledge in BIM for roads and infrastructure.
Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft project
Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Roads and infrastructure design
Knowledge is Primavera and Autodesk Civil 3D
Knowledge in Bentley software’s
Organized and self-motivated.
Extensive experience in Design Management and Project Management of Master plans and mix-use development in Mena region
Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.
