Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or plant environment. Previous Production Management, Plant Manager and Maintenance Management or equivalent military experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Expect frequent walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing as part of your daily routine.
Educational and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma or higher.
Skills: Strong understanding of production processes and equipment maintenance, ability to guide and motivate a team effectively, adjusting to changes in production demands or processes, making informed decisions promptly.
Dynamic Environment: You’ll work in diverse environments, including exposure to varying conditions such as outdoor industrial operations settings.
Must be able to perform all job functions which include, but may not be limited to, walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, turning, climbing to a significant degree and/or pulling of controls
