- Travel to support process studies, process design, and project execution at customer sites.
- Develop process design recommendations considering cost, available space, time limitations, technical requirements, company planning, and economic factors.
- Work alongside Sales teammates to assist in delivering process design proposals.
- Provide technical information, internally and externally, concerning process applications, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations.
- Participation in industry events and publications to keep up to date with market, technology & regulatory trends.
- Use chemical engineering first-principals, computer assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks.
- Obtain and analyze technical data to qualify relevant process systems opportunities.

- Full time position to be based in Pune, India with ability to travel as per business requirement
- Broad understanding of engineering thermodynamics, fluid flow, and complex heat transfer systems.
- Proficiency in process simulators (i.e. Symmetry, HTRI Suite of Heat Transfer software)
- Professional Engineering License an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Broad understanding of the petrochemical and/or refining industry.
- PC literacy in a Microsoft or ERP system environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive project execution through conceptual and detailed design.
