- Perform highly diversified maintenance on machinery, mechanical equipment, or the building structure
- Work on new installations of all powered industrial equipment
- Perform electrical and non‑electrical repairs and troubleshooting throughout the facility
- Maintain logs of both preventative and routine maintenance as required
- Assist with various new or remodel commercial construction projects
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Stage and package finished product for delivery
- Work overtime as needed to satisfy customer demands
- Handle other miscellaneous maintenance and construction projects as necessary
