Estimating Practices Lead: Personally lead the estimating process on complex and high impact projects, providing expertise to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and competitiveness while simultaneously mitigating project risk. Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Competency Development: Establish a clear vision for the development of Foth’s estimating competency. Develop and implement a comprehensive estimating program (practices, processes, and tools) aligned with our company's goals, industry best practices, and project requirements. Continuously improve and enhance the program based on data-driven insights from past projects as well as adoption of the latest tools and techniques.
Team Leadership: As the competency grows, build a high-performing estimating team by cultivating a collaborative, continuously learning, results focused environment.
