Liaise with DC Manager on the upkeep of site Logbooks, ensuring statutory compliance records are maintained.
Work within agreed systems and processes and maintain accurate records.
Undertake monthly site stores stock take of Critical/Non Critical Spares.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Ensure record keeping is accurate and up to date including critical spares stores.
Undertake minor works projects.
Respond to critical water services breakdowns in a timely manner- Reactive and Corrective tasks on all water related equipment.
Undertake monthly water systems statutory inspections as per CMMS.
Undertake site surveys & produce works requests, Method Statements & Risk Assessments for planned works.
Assist with subcontractor hosting.
Ensure a professional image of the company is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted.
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations & ACoP L8.
Liaise positively and professionally with Client representatives, contractors, and customers.
Maintain domestic and processed water systems across campus.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are adhered to for all tasks to ensure safe working practices and carry out Dynamic Risk Assessments where required.
In addition to the above duties you will be expected to undertake all reasonable tasks as directed by the Data Centre Manager.
Liaise with DC Manager on PPM scheduling and alignment and assist with review and submission of Annual PPM Planners.
Utilise PDA to complete works, key communications & updates.
Liaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance & repairs.
Point of contact for water systems on site.
Carry out planned maintenance tasks on all water systems to ensure compliance is upheld by undertaking weekly tap Flushing, monthly tap temperatures, Air Optimiser cleans and inspections, reverse osmosis inspections, CWST inspections.
Responsible for statutory inspections of water systems & H&S items.

Understand and interpret technical drawings/instructions / processes.
Previous plumbing experience.
Able to organise self to manage assigned tasks, determine material requirements.
PC literate.
Experience of H&S procedures & requirements. COSHH, Working at Heights, Risk Assessment etc.
Current UKL driver’s license.
Having a good working knowledge of health and safety legislation and bringing any shortfalls observed to the attention of the relevant people.
Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Able to co-ordinate and manage multiple works, end-to-end across a diverse and complex site.
Health & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
