Front Desk Assistant - Full Time

Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, interviews, new hires, and building management.
• Manage office supply inventory and distribute supplies to staff as needed.
• Receive deliveries, sort mail, and deliver packages to the post office.
• Prepare communications such as flyers, emails, announcements, reports, and event information.
• Respond to employee FAQs and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee files and records.
• Perform data entry, scanning, audits, and filing tasks as requested.
• Lift, stand, bend, or reach items up to 25 lb as required.

Requirements

• Provide public‑facing experience and strong administrative skills, including report creation and supply ordering.
• Multitask efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
