  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Ability to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers.
  • Experience of working with Housing Associations and managing repairs is desirable.
  • NVQ level 2 qualification in core trade (or equivalent).
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • You must have experience in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be plastering): Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling, Groundworks, Roofing or Glazing
  • Full awareness of relevant H&S requirements and considerations.
