The coordinator will plan and coordinate complex, cross‑functional logistics processes, implement IT‑supported planning tools, develop timelines, resource allocation strategies, and cost calculations, and design SAP‑compatible system solutions that meet business requirements.

- Plan and coordinate cross‑functional logistics involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and enhance IT‑supported logistics planning tools and new planning methods.
- Develop timelines, resource allocation strategies, and cost calculations for supply‑chain initiatives.
- Design, model, and deploy SAP‑compatible system solutions aligned with business needs.
- Perform target‑vs‑actual (SOLL‑IST) analyses and calculate lead times across the procurement chain.
- Identify and execute process improvements and rationalization measures with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departments to define, validate, and implement planning parameters.
- Prepare decision‑making templates for complex economic and cost‑effectiveness evaluations.
- Lead or support logistics projects focused on efficiency and process optimization.
- Evaluate, integrate, and support new technologies within the logistics chain.
- Plan and dimension material flow systems for storage and transport processes.
- Create comprehensive data analyses and reports using SAP, MS Access, and Excel.
- Ensure logistics data quality through preparation, validation, and verification.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Standardize logistics processes across the supply chain.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering and have at least five years (or nine years) of relevant experience, as well as authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with plant operations and modern inventory management principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years (or 9 years) of logistics planning, materials management, or material flow design experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with plant operations, engine components, low‑volume supplier challenges, and modern inventory management principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
